Jacob's Big Catch

All of us went fishing Saturday night and while the girls and Baruch collected rocks on the beach Jacob caught this whopper. He was straining as he was bringing it in and I thought something was wrong with his reel. We were all in a bit of shock when he pulled up on shore this 26 inch monster (we are used to pulling in 5 and 6 inch crappies). It took a few minutes before anyone was brave enough to touch it. As we carried it home, Abigail squealed “It is like a dream”.

Drew's Grandpa

Drew's Grandpa passed away Saturday May 6 around 9 AM. Grandma seems to be handling things well. When Drew told the kids Abigail cried and cried. Drew is planning to be at the visitation tomorrow. We will be going to the funeral on Wednesday as a family barring no baby arrives between now and then.
